I’ve clearly been on a soup kick around here: Last week I posted our Sausage & Spinach Soup, and now I have another one for you guys! {& I’ll have to admit, I like this one even better!} It’s pretty simple, which is just how we like things around here, but it turned out great!!
Gluten Free Meatball and Vegetable Soup
Super simple crock pot soup with meatballs and veggies.
SUPPLIES
- Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 onion
- 15 oz white kidney beans
- 24 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb GF meatballs
- 4 cups chicken broth
Instructions
Same Day Crock Pot
- Add all ingredients to crock pot
- Cook on Low for 6-8 hours
Freezer Meal Prep
- Label freezer bag or container
- Add all ingredients except broth to freezer bag or container
- When ready, add frozen contents plus broth to crock pot
- Cook on Low 8-10 hours
