I’m not gunna lie: when it comes to brownies I usually just buy Betty Crocker’s gluten free brownie mix… that stuff is good! But seeing as I have to cook most of my own food myself anyways, and I like to come up with new recipes to share with you guys, I figured it was about time I whip up some homemade brownies! Overall, I’d definitely say they were a success.
I love the added texture of the chocolate chips, and the chocolate frosting perfects the whole brownie! {I’m sure they’d be good with vanilla frosting too… or none at all… but then they would only be double chocolate brownies ;)}

August 8, 2012 at 4:20 amYUM! These look delicious. I am a total sucker for brownies. If I can score myself a chocolate chocolate chip muffin, that works, too — sort of like chocolate cake and a brownie all rolled into one, but I can pass it off as "breakfast." 😉 Thanks for sharing the recipe!
