It might be summer, but that doesn’t mean that the learning stops around here! We received our 2-in-1 Kids Educational Day and Night World Globe with Light Up Star Constellation Map this past weekend, and the kids keep wanting to play with it and explore more of the constellations and countries! I even learned that the country Hayden wants to visit most is “France” and she showed me right where it was on the globe! Check out our video unboxing and exploring the globe below, and scroll down for full review…
Review
Appearance – This globe has a bright colorful map for the Day mode, and clear bright constellations that light up for Night mode. The globe is on a stainless steel frame. The globe is definitely very visually engaging – the kids kept finding more things to point out! I also love the size of this globe (12″ tall”) and that it still looks good sitting on our bookshelf when not in use.
Educational Value – This is an excellent multipurpose tool to have for homeschooling or even just if you have kids! The Day map is bright and clearly labeled for reference and the Night constellation map brought up tons of giggles and conversation opportunities. We will definitely be using this more in our studies!
Affordability – This globe is currently on sale for $34.99 – based on its appearance and what it offers, I feel that this is a good price!
Quality – I have been very happy with how well it has held up so far! I was admittedly a little nervous when we first unboxed it and I saw how little and lightweight it is. But it has held up well to the kids playing with it and grabbing it back and forth. I also like the material used for the map itself (slick, not absorbent.)
