What do you do when you have a bunch of fruit and yogurt about to go bad? Throw them all together and make a parfait of course! Ok, so this probably doesn’t even deserve to be called a “recipe,” but it’s just so yummy I had to share it!
Fruit & Yogurt Parfait
A perfectly sweet and healthy way to start the day! Just add your face fruits & yogurt
SUPPLIES
- large cup or bowl
Ingredients
- ¾ cup yogurt of choice
- ¼ cup grapes halved
- 3 strawberries sliced
- 1 slice pineapple
- extras eg. granola, honey, other fruits
Instructions
- Start with the yogurt, and layer your favotire toppings in cup or bowl
- Enjoy!
