Creamy Honey Dijon Pork Chops served with your favorite veggies & potatoes

3pork chopsboneless
2TBDbutter
¼onionminced
1clovegalicminced
¾cupchicken stock
1TBSGF Honey Dijon Dressingeg Ken's
1TBScilantro
1TBSparsley
salt & pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large skillet melt butter over low/medium heat.
While butter is melting, season both sides of pork with salt & pepper, then add to pan after butter has melted. Cook over medium heat, until no longer pink {or very little} about 7-8 minutes on each side. When pork chops are done, remove from the pan and store in a warm spot {I kept mine between two dinner plates.}
Next, add onion and garlic to pan and heat until soft, about 3 minutes.
Then add the chicken stock and herbs and let reduce/thicken 3+ minutes {I wanted a thicker sauce so I let mine simmer longer.}
While the sauce was cooking, I heated up some Steam Fresh “Lightly Sauced Red Potatoes & Green Beans” – they complimented the pork chops perfectly!
After the sauce has reached your desired thickness, add in honey dijon sauce & stir until heated through, then scoop over pork chops and serve!
