or other all-purpose GF blend

milk chocolate chips
Frosting

cup
butter
melted

vanilla

powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
Whip together eggs, butter, and sugar in a large bowl
Next add vanilla, cocoa, salt, and baking powder.
Gradually stir in flour, then fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop batter into greased 9x9 baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool
Mix frosting ingredients, then add to brownies
